lg chem just announced a $3.2 billion cathode plant in Tennessee, Atlantic lithium could do a hydroxide deal with piedmont for a 2nd plant at Tennessee. Capture margin at spodumene plus hydroxide .. IRA, DOE Loans and grants make usa a very attractive location.
