Mr Mizikovsky has sold a small percentage of his holdings. Could be for any reason such as tax payments.
IIRC he was the large shareholder who succeeded in what one might describe a 'bloodless coup' at LAU.
Since he 'installed' some different Directors, the company has performed even better in my humble view.
