AustralianSuper did the same kind of BS with SYR back in the day.....
They have been I assume lending out their stock to Shorters at a princely sum and will get the stock back in time. They are long term holders so not bothered by the share price drop in the short time. What a strange business but look at where SYR is now.
Painful for holders to be swept up in this but, not if, but when the Commodity complex gets going again JRV will be well placed.
