    Exactly. And doubt MLX would have to offer a premium to current share price to buy out Old Peak. Their selling reeks of desperation. MLX could literally have its cake and eat it: (1) do a sub 30c buyback and thereby creating tremendous shareholder value, (2) get rid of a weak shareholder, (3) lifting the price cap in place by Old Peak, (4) still have plenty of cash in the kitty to be ready for future challenges and investments.
