Cimic was doing fairly well for itself but those last two years the decisions of the board would make most wonder if they weren't taking bribes to drive the share price lower. The final buyout price was not a fair valuation but it was accepted because at that point they owned the board.I managed to get out without losing my shirt purely because I lucked out on a trade days before they made the take over offer.
My parcels of PAC are at 5 and 6 dollars with dividends along the way so it's hard to lose on this one but PAC is one of those shares I'd hoped to hold for 10 years.
