    Regal paid about 31c on 7 Dec - but that was before Beach decided not to pre-empt the Hancock offer of 28c.
    Thus Regal would no doubt, not be prepared to buy WGO shares now at that price.
    They would have been anticipating an increased offer by BPT.
    They might be seeking to get to 10%?

    Did we know Strike has pre-emptive rights under JOA? Those Rights apply if there is a Change of Control of WGO. But those rights lapse under a WGO Board recommendation of a Bid. Also, Hancock might not get to 50%, so maybe not a Change of Control?
