I think they're just a microcaps fund manager and they go under the ticker code MAM. So I don't think its their intent to take over SPZ, but rather they believe the company, and ultimately the share price, will outperform in the near term. Thus, bringing about capital gains for thier clients and the fund in general maybe? A vote of confidence in SPZ regardless
