1.8c CR share didn't cause the share price to fall. That CR (completed in 21/10) actually caused it to move up, check when the CR was announced and when the Letter to Shareholder Notice (31/10) came out and you'll see that it actually moved then. 1.8c CR was already known since late October and the Letter to Shareholder Notice will tell you where those CR shares went to... And that's why it had a move up early November.
As for who has more shares between Donohue or Kinghorn, Penstock has 5m more. Just need to get change in significant holder out because on that last CR, he got an additional 24m.
Add that to the 91.6m in his last significant holder, it'll be above 115m.

As for the percentage Kinghorn and Donohue own, it's more like 32%-33%.
