CDX is setting up for a very good year in 2023 .... a breakout year IMHO.

1. From a macro level, vascular & cardiovascular disease will be top of mind as the impact of long covid starts to have a strong financial and social impact in the US & Australia. Anyone who cares about their health, who has had covid, and wishes to monitor their cardiovascular health at home will be target customers for CONNEQT Pulse, and then subsequently CONNEQT Band ...

2. ATCOR Medical enters 2023 with momentum. A big contract won, hopefully more to follow, and Toni at the helm. This division will provide the foundation from which the CONNEQT Division can flourish, providing the science & validity for CDX, providing funding as a cash flow positive division ( allbeit modest ) and providing a constant flow of positive news as contracts are won and goals kicked ( & thereby associating large companies to CDX, endorsing our technology ).

3. The launch of CONNEQT Pulse at CES2023, taking our technology to the consumer. Once the FDA clearance is through ( surely by end Jan ) we can start selling into the US, and use this FDA clearance to get necessary regulatory clearance to sell in the EU, Aust etc. With even a modicum of success, distribution & sales will quickly move the revenue line up significantly.... top line growth will be looking good in the quarterlies !

4. And of course listing on a US Exchange, bringing US investors into the business, providing the cash to fund explosive growth in 2023, and the re-rate to a MC more equivalent to similar companies on the NASDAQ.

.... and of course progress on CONNEQT Band, new IP collaborators etc.

There is much to look forward to in 2023.
