Noticed this happening with some other ‘established’ junior explorers as well. Seems like investors are more attracted to the penny dreadfuls as they gain confidence with the rising gold price. I always thought explorers like SXG were already extreme on the risk scale but it seems like, in this day and age of cryptos and options, investors crave even more adrenaline.
No matter, if SXG continues showing big drill results then it will attract more and more serious mining investment. The run has probably just begun
