I thought he said he did not plan to sell more ALK or something along those lines for which I commented that was foolish thing to say as no one knows what the future holds.
I stand corrected.

if he said what you posted now then he does not say he has no plans to sell more. his plans are to be maintain to be major holder but that does not mean not to sell more shares. 15% or even 10% would be major holder.
Means he may still sell another ~50m shares and still be major holder.

I am not talking substantial shareholder which is anything above 6%. I see as major holder anyone who holds blocking stake and I think that would be over 10%.. if I remember right.
