got response back and is along the lines of the BoD is considering all options that would need to include results on the ground along with large fund interest.
If IG reduces his stake to below 15% I think that will allow for many funds to consider taking large stakes as they can appoint their own directors and create more balanced board. So finding a way to let IG exit without totally destroying the SP could be something that will be good business for all.
