That’s the risk. He could keep selling. Using buybacks to put in a temp floor and then get a nice lift would be good and he’d be prohibited from selling into the buy back but he could commence selling immediately after the blackout period. Then we’d be back to where we started but with millions less in cash. Absolutely zero LT benefit to SH.
