Agree: it's highly likely after Labor is elected in NSW in March 2023 that its first Budget may contain a whopping royalty increase.
Labor is a tax and spend merchant so even though Mr Chris Minns may wear a suit and claim he's an 'economic conservative', he's nothing of the sort.
It's like PM Anthony Albanese pretending he's our favourite grandfather when from an early age he's been a radical Trotskyist, which is becoming apparent in his and Chris Bowen's/Ed Husic's attacks on gas and coal companies. The latter won't end well for Labor, but for a while the roses in the garden will bloom.
