    Could it be that STX has been using Gina as a lure all along to get rid of D&D, and have now secured some/all of D&D's holdings (via Gina)....and Gina makes an exact 25% commission/finder's fee on the trade...? She can't buy above 28c, but does it say anywhere she can't sell?
