This was set out a long time ago, there will be an edict issued by the CCP requiring any Chinese citizen or company to transfer their holding probably at cost. When this is done The Princes of the CCP will most likely hold more than 45%. Takeover at a very cheap price is likely to the detriment of other shareholders.
I do not expect any counter offer.
Interestingly that the financial year was recently changed to the end of December.
