used RIO and BHP as an example only to say RIO will not sell its share/or some other companies' shares to BHP at 50% discount when there is a T/O potential from BHP; not saying they can't form strategic partnership for operations. There is still a chance for a JV between Zhaojin and Chijin, but extremely unlikely for Zhaojin to sell its stake to Chijin at 50% discount.
