aof recently sold 2 buildings to reduce their debt, both buildings are either sold at valuation to their latest nta or above… hence we can assume that Cof’s nta or independent valuation are not too far off….
it shows that the current commercial reits are still getting sold and if Cof needs to repay its debt, then it can also sell some of their buildings to do so… this will be an immediate accreditation to their nta and also boost the share price …..
looking at the recent transactions in the office space, Cof must be trading at bargain basement price… with the interest rate cycle peaking… it is surely looking attractive
