An interesting and solid observation, the Bonafide Global Fish Fund generally holds 51% of its fish producing companies hence a move to 51% ownership of Clean Seas would be consistent with the fund modus operandi. The question then becomes to ascertain where we set the bar, noting that there was no financial regulator resistance to Tassal being consumed by Cooke.
I think there is a lot to like about Clean Seas so the next leg up to $1 should come as CSS nears the point of delivering dividends to the patient holders.
