    i just did the calculations on how much they paid per share and it came out to 26.32c per share

    $1,237,591.26 for 4,701,444 shares

    can someone explain how this is possible as it hasnt traded at that price between 12/01/2023 - 17/01/2023 or have i missed something or calculated wrong?
