Tread carefully but there might be a quick buck in this. If they pull it off then they have looked after exisiting shareholders.

I would want to see the non executives fully participate the full 30k or they should resign. I mean if this price is so low because of market forces and success is thiers then why wouldn't they own it?

rusky, Yeah, I have thought about it and as you say, there is a small window to make some quick profits on this when it drops below the SPP issue price. (I have made small profits on this before) but I think the risk this time is far too high. I will leave it on watch and watch with interest. By the way I think the behaviour, performance and IMO incompetence of the CEO and the chair is outrageous
