Bsx went 42-14c during the process (when another insto was becoming a substantial holder). Pity Tony couldn’t get both parties to agree to a common ground. One buying $20m at .255 & one selling > 30c. Would’ve helped if they negotiated an off market sale at 27/28 to lower soi & this pressure.
