If they ever do. They’ve been a buyer as well as a seller during the period, acquiring 1 share for every ~4 shares they sold. We don’t get a transparent breakdown of transaction dates - the reporting period for the change is spread out over six months - so it’s not easy to determine how much this presumed trading is influencing the daily SP movements and vice versa. With $20+ billion in funds under management, pushing around the SP of co’s in which they have a stake like IFL is the shadowy business they’re in.
