I think Samson are betting on Alludo not getting the votes for the scheme to pass, resulting in further negotiations and then auctioning their parcel to Alludo or Potentia at a premium. I'm not convinced that will happen though, the meeting is tomorrow, and I had assumed Potentia would throw another bid out to try and get due diligence going, but they're gambling on the vote failing it seems.
