    explain me this situation.. it is 11 January, the wgo share price is about 38c. someone is holding around 1.7 million shares and they decide to take up Gina's offer which is at 28c and, possibly but not likely, could go up to 36c. Are they that desperate not to pay brokerage fees that they want to take up a shi**y cash offer?
