That is very interesting.
So it is probably a take over gambit. Get in control first (shareholding) then get the board. Next will be planting their management team.
Funny, this 249D habit is what LP and co does, so it may be coming back to bite them.
I may be wrong, time will tell, but I still think a board shakeup is better than the stagnation that has been there.
