It might be worth going a bit deeper in your research about who this company is and who owns it and what his involvement has been in the latest S249D notice. Plus you might want to go further and explore his past dairy sector forays and see how successful they have been before you lament this companies reduction in share holding.
Thankfully this company and its associates were unsuccessful in their Board overthrow attempt.
It does not excuse the current or past Board for their appalling performance nor the abject list of failed initiatives over the last 5+ years under the current management.
The current Board is possibly the best they have had since inception and the cleanup theyhave had to take on is more than most Boards should bear but that still falls a long way short of making the company an investible proposition.
May all be too little too late.
