Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)
The second tranche consisted of raising $691,000 (before costs) via the issue of 34,550,000 fully paid
ordinary shares in the Company (Placement Shares) at A$0.02 per Placement Share to sophisticated and
professional investors, as approved by shareholders of the Company at the General Meeting held on 3
February 2023.
The placement of shortfall shares in connection with the entitlement offer raised $697,455 (before costs) via
the issue of 34,872,753 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (Shortfall Shares) at A$0.02 per Shortfall
Share to sophisticated and professional investors. The Shortfall Shares were issued under ASX Listing Rule
7.2 Exception 2.
