The parties associated with Golden Plains as per this announcement appear to now have 12.62% holding in RIM …..this has to be viewed perhaps as “ positioning “ for future action perhaps for control of RIM following say their 70% interest acquired after full expenditure thru the Earn In agreement.
Should this be a concern to other Rim shareholders?
This entity is a complex cross holding structure with internal dispute(s)…..not resolved.
Perhaps the RIM Board might offer a viewpoint for benefit of remaining shareholders.
