I don't have as many as some on here, but I still have a material holding. But I really don't think it's going to get to the stage where they are challenged in a vote. I firmly expect a counter offer to emerge and then it will be game on! It's a matter of being patient. Those other interested bidding parties have no reason to rush in and the price is still only a fraction of its true worth. In some respects an activist group might play into their hands as someone will spill the beans about the mood of those holders and we may well never get to the potential price if that occurs.
