I agree, the two biggest holders collectively own just over 18% of the shares on issue. It’s still a long way from the 75% needed for the scheme to progress. A lot of the small retail holders with under 100k in shares would be holding out for a significantly higher revised offer. Scheme booklets won’t get sent out till next month so I’m sure they won’t going to the expense and effort if the scheme gets voted down, so there’s still a bit of time.
