dont go on thinking every case is a myer Disallowed....most go bust, esp in this enviro. Myer got lucky with David Jones effectively mothballed, but your model is broken and difficult to repair using the same formula that a way overpaid exec keeps using....he'll be forced out by spotlight and the business must restructure....only way is insolvency or dilutive CR....(aimho)
