debt conversion - nothing but DILUTIVE to you. further proof they have ZERO cashflows. Not even a fraction done! Imagine how much dilution when the $mil's are equity converted at 25c (or lower ), thats like your mkt cap? almost 1:1?

These mugs will send it broke then strip it apart and take the rare gems. seen it before...textbook raid. once in admin, suppliers arent secured creditors so theyll fall on their own sword and avoid $200m+ in payables. The $50m bank debt will be cleared by selling the rare good bits to Mr Spotlight and co, and the rest (ezibuy, unprofitable brands) will fall to the dustbin....imho (dyor)
