Tell us why you like management. Is it the way that they have mismanaged this company to the brink of insolvency, driving the share price into the basement? Or the fact that they have enriched themselves at the expense of shareholders? Or the way that they have supported their major shareholder by buying Ezibuy for $11m in cash and then reporting that it has gone bad? Do you know something that we don't?
