Plainly JR become deluded ... I guess he just had some many issues ongoing he just wanted to focus on operations and hope the debt ..cash at the bank would just sort it self out in time when we secured a solid MET Coal Contract ..as we know the large DEBT holders will walk away with the assets ... S/H will get a TAX right-off..
