A large or couple of large investors would have sold them to PMV 'off market' and because these holding together represent under 5%, i.e. 3% then they did not need to put out a 'ceasing to be a substantial holder' or 'change in substantial holding' announcement because in the eyes of ASIC, anything under 5% is not considered to be substantial in the first place. The only time that any reporting is required (up or down) is when and once you are over that 5% barrier.
