Yes, I was aware of this, @FlyingDevil, but I believe that Brook Adcock is the person pulling the strings, and the beneficiary of the Trust that has been selling stock. I believe that he is the person behind the appointments of the Nantes brothers in their capacities at Adcock Private Equity and Wisr, and I am pleased that he is putting his private wealth, and the value of his Wisr shareholding, in hands he clearly feels to be safe.
That said, the fact that he is selling stock at what appears to me to be well below the true value (a $1bn loan book is worth at least 5 times the current market cap based on recent acquisitions in this space eg SocietyOne) does concern me a little. I assume that it's to release funds to invest in one of more of his earlier stage ventures.
