    So @ USD$10/Oz Au takeover @ 1.5M Oz Au = USD$15M (AUD$22.3M)

    Current Market Cap is AUD$14M @ AUD$0.026/share

    So minimum TO price is AUD$0.041/ share in my view.

    This does not take into account any other assets that are disposed of and also any debts that are current and or incurred through the takeover such as brokers, management fees etc.

    This is how I value GPR and other low cap gold juniors that have had their prices decimated over the past 1.5 years.
