@gazza01, yep that the reverse problem of a SMSF. The gain are tax free, but so are the losses. I sold 5k BVS in my own name at $1.77 to offset a CGT property gain. I should have sold the (relatively) small parcel of 3K BVS in my SMSF at the same time ! Think this is a bottom drawer stock to be put in an old chest of drawers and then given to charity ! At least someone will get something for nothing !!!!!!
