You'd hope the extra (US) $20m budgeted and (US) $8.2m already spent on Nextsteillis Sales and Promotions get a wriggle on then - $35m seems a fair way away.
Putting the Nextstellis 1H23 results into context, agree Revenue increased $7.1m (122%), but we spent an extra $7.6m on S&M ?!?!?!?!?!?!?! So essentially we lost more... WTF!!!!! This needs to be sorted and there needs to be financial accountability for the Department and the individual Sales Staff. The commentary around this was a big tick for the new Executive.
Nextstellis isn't going to float the boat so to speak. It is the TmD products - assuming the S&M budget for the division *doesn't increase* significantly, then the *Gross Profit* from these sales will be close to the *Net Profit*.
Hate the use of Gross Profit when it show a massive 80% return before you consider that you spent 300% of revenue on expenses to achieve that...
