at the moment the markets are generally in sell off mode so any cash raising wouldn't be ideal. However, it can be done using different methods. The US government should take a stake in IBG directly imo considering how importanta it is to the US and Greenland... They wanted to buy the place recently. Can you imagine how terrified they are of China gaining influence in Greenland? If the don't proceed Greenland can always open the door to Chinese money. XI is currently making deals with Putin regarding its role in the arctic shipping route.
