NUH is not responsible for enforcement of submissions of substantial shareholder notices. It is a self reporting regime. Ultimate enforcement rests with ASIC.
You don’t have to be a shareholder of RealTek to take up the matter with them to ask why they lodged late. What kind of deflection is that. If you believe there has been a material breach, raise it with RealTek and ASIC.
You don’t have to look too far to find examples of significant shareholders lodging their notices late, it is not confined to NUH but happens across the bourse and it is a very common event.
Don’t put words in my mouth and as to what you believe on how I regard compliance issues.
You demonstrated knowledge of the Corp Act? No you didn’t. You are relying upon your own ill informed opinions. Perhaps read the Act and educate yourself.
