This is stuck in mud, a slow boring stalemate.
Just like WSA, its now capping out at 150c and dead & its runner status is GONE for good.
If AF is serious he has to up his bid to 160c or withdraw it & let is collapse way below his own 138c CR recently. Why would he underprice his own stock? NUTS.
Well he did that in AGO WSA PAN POS AHZ BWX, so nothing new, he has a history of doing this & flipping for small gains.
Maybe BHP calling his bluff or he is having 2nd thoughts?
Its a hostile opportunistic bid and the MCR BOD & BHP should not agree to it.
