While Cookie has a debatable background and perception in the industry he does have runs on the board when it comes to getting things off the ground and selling a story. Combined with Rods connections we should see this go.

Personally I'd be looking for funding/backing from off-shore, think Europe. Think Companies not scared of CAPEX, energy requirements (Polymetal, Nyrstar, FQM etc).
