As a poor (sic) MLX holder, we too are somewhat mystified. Especially taking into account the VWMA , unless you take into account a very short time span.
Either a quick conversion to head off any larger CAPEX expenses, a share buyback of some description, or some sort of acquisition.
If that is the case of late, NC1 holders are likely the winners of said trades, instead of MLX, who's management (hahahaha) have sat idly by as the SP has been consistently murdered.
At least members and ex members of the NC1 board , have some sort of skin in the game.
With luck, we will all find out in the not too distant future...
