Todays announcement of Change in Substantial Holding by Blackrock takes them to 43,628,368 shares (and votes)
This propels them to the #1 shareholder position, toppling Morgan to #2.
Poor Morgan, he's only worth $68 million, (in his own name, and only his EMR shares))
Blackrock have been a big buyer of EMR. Having bought 20 million in June last year.
