Just putting it out there that perhaps they are building a blocking stake so as to demand a higher bid. They know that for RMS not to have full control would be a bad situation for RMS.AS no apparent escalator clause,and a low ball offer to try and suck a few in, is ripe for a greenmail.
Have no firm evidence,but its what used to happen a lot.
