But I don't disagree that the price action seems highly negative for a stock where mgmt have reiterated guidance a number of times this year

my guess is that the institutional investor mentioned in the above notice is doing what they normally do in an illiquid stock.....sell down in an ill-disciplined way at the worse of times

perhaps mgmt will give an update on 2H progress and even better if they can advise on that contract they've been suggesting is imminent.....something with some ongoing revenues would be even better
