oh gees.....why do these guys always pop up on my holdings......take an oversized stake and then offload at the worse time (not to say there is a good time given the illiquid nature of these small caps)
I do wonder how these guys attract funds and/or clients that want their investment (although I suspect most of these small caps are pretty desperate by the time regal are in the picture)
