As for manufacturing, what is better: Sitting on manufacturing payroll and not building anything because there are no sales? Or not having Manufacturing at all?
Each press release announcing new business includes a blurb on future manufacturing of the completed R&D project. I'd think there would be a follow up proclaiming successful completion of Development and shift to Manufacture.
